Prolific offender caught after coordinated RCMP effort
On October 22, 2025, Alberta RCMP’s WAD CRU, with local detachment support and Air Services, apprehended a prolific property offender in Mayerthorpe. The suspect, pursued by surveillance and a Tire Deflation Device, was caught after abandoning a stolen vehicle. Daniel O'Donnell, 38, faces multiple serious charges.
