Terrace ‘Glue Bandit’ convicted of mischief

From October 2023 to February 2024, Terrace RCMP received multiple reports of mischief, including superglue in business locks and window damage. Dale Boyd faced charges for 26 counts of property damage. On March 24, 2026, he was convicted of one count and sentenced to three years of probation.
