Flu season in Alberta not over, has likely peaked

Alberta has seen a peak in influenza A cases, but early indicators show a decline in test positivity rates and hospitalizations. Despite this positive trend, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Vivien Suttorp cautions that the influenza season continues with rising influenza B cases. Public health measures and vaccination remain crucial for protection.
