Parkland County, Alta. – On Oct. 31, 2025, shortly after 4 a.m., Parkland RCMP responded to multiple gunshots being fired at a home in Spring Meadows Estate in Parkland County.
No injuries were reported in relation to this incident and the investigation revealed that the shooting was targeted.
The Parkland RCMP General Investigations Unit has taken carriage of the investigation and is requesting assistance from the public.
If you have video surveillance (doorbell, cameras, or dashcam footage) between the hours of 3 and 5 a.m., in the area of Spring Meadows Estate, please contact Parkland RCMP.
Furthermore, Parkland RCMP later responded to a vehicle fire off Highway 16, on Township Road 532, East of Range Road 14, and believe that the two events are related.
RCMP is asking for anyone driving on Highway 16 between Range Road 14 and Acheson, Alta., between the hours of 4:15 a.m. and 5 a.m., to check their dash camera footage and contact the Parkland RCMP if they have any relevant footage.
